MIRIAM MIRANDA-JURADO

Board Member

Miriam is a veteran educator who has dedicated her life to serving Rochester's public school students. She served as an elementary school principal for 12 years and as an adjunct instructor at St. John Fisher College. Miriam also works with the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). HEOP is a partnership between the State of New York and independent colleges that provides scholarships to economically and educationally disadvantaged residents. She brings to the Boar her depth of educational experience and knowledge of our community needs.
